Alleys, street corners, parking lots. Do you know where light would help a bit more nocturnal comfort and security? this is the call by the Stockholm City to create a brighter and safer environment for Stockholm citizens and visitors. 

Simple app with very nice use of re-coloring in the Flash API- a blackened map with lit markers[sic], you can place lantern(marker) where you think the light is needed most. Very impressive! Thanks @pamelafox to sharing.
